About Central Reserve Police Force: It is a premier central police force of the Indian Government that works for internal security. It was constituted as Crown Representative Police in the year of 1939 on 27th July. It was renamed as Central Reserve Police Force by an Act of Parliament in the year 1949 on 28th December after independence. This department is wholly functions under the aegis of the Indian Ministry of Home Affairs. It is one of the oldest and largest Central para military forces. It was popularly known as “Kendriya Reserve Police Bal”. This organization works with the motto of “Service and Loyalty”. The headquarters of this force is located in New Delhi, India. It has grown into a largest paramilitary organization with 231 Battalions and various other establishments of Group Centres, Training Institutions, CWS, AWS, etc. It has 03 sectors to render its services in Northern, Bihar and Central sectors. This organization also provides their services in the General Elections besides counter-insurgency duties. The Kendriya Reserve Police Bal is headed by a “Director General” who is an Indian Police Service officer.

Age Limit:
- Applicant who have age between 21 years to 27 year for DT and DVR Post and 18 years to 23 years for CT and Tech Post on 01st Feb, 2016 are eligible for this post.
Education/ Academic Qualification:
- Interested candidates must have cleared their Matriculation (Xth class pass) examination or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University approved by Central or State Govt.

Selection Procedure:
- Candidate will be selected on basis of Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Examination (OMR based), Trade Test and Medical Examination.

- Rs. 50/- (fifty rupees only) for General and OBC Quota Candidates.
- NO FEE for Women and other contenders belonging to SC, ST, Ex Servicemen Quota.
Pay Scale (per month):
